Nice, must feel nice to have a D-League-caliber player's autograph. J/k

How'd you get it?

I got it today in Sacramento.

I don't even want it. I think I'm just going to give it to my cousin who loves him.

SACRAMENTO - Joe Lacob didn't watch the Warriors' 121-112 loss to Houston live Monday - the first game he has missed since officially taking over the franchise Nov. 12.

He instead attended his son's high school game, but Lacob clearly wasn't off the clock. He watched a tape of the game and penned a telling e-mail to a fan named Jordan.

Here are some excerpts from Lacob's letter:

"I just finished watching our W's game," Lacob wrote. "Believe me, I am extremely frustrated. I assure you that I am looking at all aspects of our play and our team and looking for ways to get better."

The loss to Houston came with point guard Stephen Curry and center Andris Biedrins sidelined because of ankle injuries. The Warriors are 3-3 with the projected starting lineup intact, but Lacob didn't lean completely on the injury excuse.

"I know Warrior fans are frustrated," Lacob wrote. "I am frustrated. But, we have owned this team for a month!!! I promise we will not settle for losing. We will make changes to improve any aspect of the team. ...

"Realize that we cannot just randomly throw darts against the wall. Trust that we are looking at potential moves every single day. We want to get better today. Now. But, we need to think through the longer term impact of any changes."

Lacob asked for patience: "Don't blame the new ownership group for the sins of the past. Give us a chance to fix the situation. I hope we can do it quickly but in all honesty, it may take a little time and a few moves to get there.

"Meanwhile, not that it is any consolation, I am also in great pain tonight. I HATE losing. I simply cannot stand it."

Curry's ankle: Curry is still aiming to return for the Christmas night game against Portland. He has missed six games since spraining his ankle for the fourth time Dec. 8 at San Antonio.

Ballot stuffing: The Warriors are about to make their annual push for guard Monta Ellis to be included in the All-Star Game, but coach Keith Smart doesn't expect to hear Ellis lobbying. "Anyone who says it doesn't matter still believes in the Tooth Fairy," Smart said. "Still, being an All-Star isn't a need for Monta."

As bad as our record is, at least there's hope that we have a foundation that can eventually be a playoff contender, and with a few more legit pieces to our roster we could get something going (such as improving our bench and maybe getting a better starting center). Couldn't have said that last year or the year before.

edit-just watched that vid up there of the monta shot, after monta made that it sounded like the kings announcers got shot.

Did you happen to check out the Cosmopolitan opening? Probably the prettiest casino I've ever seen.

at the silence of the Kings announcers during the Monta play.

I didn't go in there, we stayed at the Wynn. I did pass by it and it looked awesome on the outside. It looks real unique.

My parents small-talked with some Asian lady who stayed there on our flight back and she said the room was really spacious and nice.

i replayed the first 10 secs of this clip like 20 times just to see everyone's reaction

It's lovely in there. Their comp system is pretty unique too. Waitresses and other employees are all quite attractive. Only thing they're missing is a sports book (still being built).
Headed back in 2 weeks actually...Going to spend a day at AEE

I'm probably just a sucker for a nice picture

. I didn't think it was great, but it wasn't horrible either (for me at least).

I just imagine how different this team could be IF they actually got Blake Griffin(no curry, but could have signed a PG this offseason)

. Also, really glad Warriors didn't give Baron that extension

. It's incredible how horribly he is playing right now

Insert any legit PF into our lineup and we'll be better. Yes, that's slighting David Lee. Yes, I truly believe this team will regret that contract.

Edit: I just realized the Warriors owe the Nets a first rounder for the Marcus Williams trade. Why didn't they just give last year's #6 pick knowing it was a 5 player draft.  I read we had to give New Jersey two 2nd-round picks to delay handing over the first and when we do, I feel it'll be during a very deep draft.............

I dont think you can say the W's would have the same Baron Davis the Clippers have now.
The W's then, had a better team and just came off a 48-win season.  I think if he did stay here, he'd have better years here than in LA.

But Baron now,

sad how he really fell off after signing with the Clippers and the owner hates on him during the game??

Does anyone else think that Baron tries to punk or hate on Curry?

Speaking of the Clippers, We play them 3 times in January. Can't wait to see Blake Griffin. He brings excitement even though the team is losing.
