This won't matter until their second contracts. Rookie extensions completely benefit the team that drafted you. They're restricted free agents. They don't leave unless Philly wants to get rid of them.

There aren't that many more bigger markets than Philly.

It's like NY, LA, Chicago. Then probably between Philly, Houston and SF. Toronto probably belongs in the first tier too if not for the Canadian bias.
