I thought I read somewhere they want to get him as many fights as they can this year to make up for the time lost with the hand injury.

I felt like he strung the Silva fight along to get the rounds in.
 
I saw that too, the hand injury rehab went longer than expected. I also saw that Arum wants to be "patient" with him. Next two fights are 4/16 and 6/11, excited for the kid.

Silva moved pretty well and Verdejo juuust missed with the overhand right a couple times.
