We won't debate Deions coaching abilities. Can he coach? probably. But we know what he will be able to do, recruiting wise. Thats what the schools who are looking at Deion will get. Good recruiting both HS and JC ranks.

Hartline is cool, but will he be great without tOSU label on his shirt?

I don't even want to talk about Herman.

Zach Smith is a clown and probably wasn’t doing much coaching anyways, but OSU’s receiving core improved dramatically under Hartline. It’s not just the logo, he can coach.

I’m not giving Herman another chance until he proves it as either a OC or G5 HC. The reward isn’t worth the risk right now.

Hell Deion Sanders said he has multiple offers. I would love to see all of the P5 schools that are tossing money his way. One thing I will say is that I damn sure don't want him running off to no darn smoked out Colorado. I'd rather see him try to build up a school like Vanderbilt. He's a down south type of coach that deserves to be in the SEC or ACC.

Dr. McClelland says that revenue is up significantly, at a rate that could surpass some bigger conferences very soon.

“I’ve said this before and I say it now — we are not the small black college or conference anymore,” McClelland told the media. “We are a legitimate force, our revenue numbers are tracking extremely strong. I have not seen the other FCS conference’s revenue this year — but based on last year’s numbers — we will rank first of all of FCS. Given where we are with our television contracts in five years, we will actually surpass two FBS conferences and they might have the ability to up their numbers.”
McClelland said the league is preparing to enter re-negotiations with ESPN as its deal is set to expire in three years.

In the meantime, though, the SWAC has distributed more than $9 million dollars to its 12 members, not including Jackson State keeping profits from the SWAC Championship Game. That’s more than all other FCS conferences, according to McClelland. He says the league is in such a good position that going to a Power Five league is the only move up in terms of financials.

After talking with Kitna, he says he remembered sharing two images but thought they were "legal" since he discovered them online.

His devices were obtained and three additional images of child sexual abuse material were found.

Kitna was arrested for two counts of child exploitation material and three counts of possession of child pornography.

Cincinnati hasn’t ever been worried about just recruiting, though. You don’t get Dantonio, Brian Kelly and Luke Fickell on that basis. Can he identify talent? Can he develop? What’s his plan for the program outside of being Coach Prime? Like I said, all we’ve seen so far is him run through the SWAC with kickbacks and kids who typically wouldn’t play on that level.

I’d take the risk with Hartline over him any day. Wouldn’t want Herman at all.

He is, and the logo helps. He’s still going to have those same connections at Cinci tho, and I’d argue they’re a lot better positioned for success rn than their main recruiting rivals (MSU and UK).
