Meh, he sank the ship at FSU with neglecting OL recruiting and terrible QB recruiting. Outside of Weigman, he’s doing the exact same thing at a second school. Can’t wait for him to blame his failures on A&M refusing to upgrade facilities for him.

He had me sold on that narrative when he came over, but now he’s just repeating his habits.

Can’t give a season prediction when the head man is telling us the roster isn’t the roster yet. Is Gary Bryant gonna end up at Arizona, Oregon or UCLA? That directly influences the strength of one of our opponents.

I don’t think he’s too far off. Stroud and young are interchangeable (though I’d want Young for his scrambling ability). Not sure where Hendon came from. Although Richardson is a freak athlete people seem to forget he was mediocre (at best) at playing the actual position of quarterback.

He's going to be even more insufferable moving forward. This Petrino thing's either gonna work and he'll be miserable cuz someone else gets credit, or it won't work and he'll take control back and turn A&M's athletic facilities into Chernobyl til the day he's fired.

Eventually, talent will overcome coaching ineptitude. It always does in college.
