ALDs customer service, from my experience at least, is on par with LV and Nordstrom. I’ve spent tons of money at all 3 places and have always been treated beyond fairly. I’ve gotten to know a lot of the people at ALD and they are all really chill and will look out for you. In contrast I’ve spent way more money at Kith and have never felt that way.
