i watch americas test kitchen from time to time and their recipes are usually on point...im definately interested in good fried chicken recipes...

I haven't been to a korean chicken spot yet but how many spots are double frying their wings like this guy did and how many are just getting wing dings from restaurant depot, dropping them in the fry-a-lator and just covering them in korean bbq sauce???

I love american/southern style, but Korean fried chicken is the best. They perfected the technique cooking the meat at lower temp then finishing it off at higher temp by double frying.

As far as the kith release - I want these more than any drop this year but dont think I have a shot in hell checking out manually.

I'm also disappointed w/ the apparel in this release. Too many swooshes, not enough blue and orange.

Speaking of Taiwans, they were $200 on Stockx for the longest along with Kith Linens. I copped Linens but snoozed on Taiwans. Now both are over $500

2020 is weird though, even those last kith forces resold for much more than I would've expected.

I know I paid like 225 for linens which at the time was high. If I have to pay more for these I'm going to be a little hurt.
