This is how every release should be, JB making a great retro everyone eating. The 13 has always been one of my favorite models but this release might have pushed them even higher on the list, maybe top 5 model.

Yea those are all fire. Black Flints are dope too but I’m gonna have to pass. OG’s only for me now.

Gum bottom 13s. These along with maybe 2-3 more Jordan models have so many dope CW's. You have to go out of your way to make a bad XIII. IDK why it's not in more people's top 5 off that alone.

So I compared my Brave Blue(navy) 13s from last year to the ‘23 Playoff 13s… though the differences are minor, they are significant, considering the two are only a year or so apart. It’s mainly the toebox area. Not sure if it’s because of the different material used for the upper(3M vs leather) but the stitching on the Navy’s right there under the Jordan toebox tag is much tighter than on the 2023, taking away from the bulk in that area. Toebox on Navy’s is slimmer and pointy.

I’m not a true reviewer or dissector so…just at work bored lol

That’s how I felt more or less in 98’ about this colorway, and I copped a pair when they dropped last year. Nice colorway but the quality isn’t on the same level as the Playoffs.

I’m not the biggest fan of the color navy, nor am I a fan of the 13 lows, but I did admire the OG cw. I loved how they retro+ed this cw onto the OG cut silhouette!

There aren’t that many 13 cws that I like. But that retro from last year would be my second favorite cw right behind the Playoffs.

2. Navy/Black Retro+
3. All Wheat

I honestly don’t care for any of the other cws.

This new Playoff mold is so nice, hope they do 13’s like this going forward. You can’t really tell in the pics but the toe leather is much better on these than the Navy’s or other recent 13’s.

Damn that navy toe box is bulbous. Nike was going through it with 13 toe boxes before these playoffs. Sheesh.

They are good. The toe leather is not as soft as the most recent playoff. But pretty much every aspect of the shoe is similar to previous retros.

Which part? I thought what I said about the He Got Game retro was accurate with my pair. They are a good pair, material used on the toe is not as soft as the recent playoff 13... you think it was a bad shoe?

I would really like the infrared clot lows, or something similar. With the leather toe though. Just in case Nike is listening.

Not gonna look the same until they fix the squished mesh panel they use on the mesh pairs.
