Why the exception for NEO??

Neo is my anchor coin which I believe will rise significantly in the coming years. Definitely worth hodling long term. Kinda like btc or eth.

I've been on wtc, but all the fud and shilling on the other end has me uncertain what to do. The daily manipulation has lead to some nice scalping opportunities though.
