Yup, they sent easy shots to Nintendo, and they make it seem more accessible since you don't have to buy a separate "XBOX Tablet".
While I'm not down with the tablet movement they stole Ninty's lollipop with this "Smartglass" stuff.

They are scraping at the bottom of the barrel. They are just adding all these dumb features to extend the 360's life and push Windows 8 tablets. They have no desire to innovate and create something new. I kind of wish Nintendo would stop making consoles for a bit to see where Sony and Microsoft get their inspiration from.

word...kinect is like siri for the xbox...it takes a device that can already "hear" you, and turns it into a device that actually "understands" you...

While I totally agree, I think they understand that it's hard to drop ~800 bucks on a new desktop with video capabilities of playing most of these titles.  xbox is a self devoted console can and does do for ~5 years because developers can write and make software for a unified machine.

Honestly, Id say hold off on all the new gadgets for the 360. When M$ will most likely bring out the Xbox 720 next year and will have all this and more.

yea hes clueless. The kinect is the device that allows your xbox to "hear" what you are saying. It does the tracking, and voice controls. So you cant just talk to your xbox through a headset

You could give voice commands on Socom 1. How is what the kinnect doing any different? You say a predetermined phrase to get characters onscreen to do something. The 360 headset can't do that?


I'm taking games here, not "Xbox, Sci fi movies."
