It's (hopefully) a precursor to HNDRXX 2.

If it ain't that, it's a just couple of tracks from 1 that didn't make the album. Maybe **** was gonna leaked anyway like the EVOL throwaways and they got ahead of it.

One thing I appreciate about this joint is that it’s sort of a departure from what he’s put out on the last few projects (Wizrd, BM2, Color Blind). Homie really flexing his pen game on this joint.

Xanax Damage is a great song, from a content standpoint and sonically it’s smooth as hell.

Same thing goes for Extra.

More times than none, we hear criticisms about an artist not having any diversity or growth, and that all their music sounds the same. Son showed both on this project.

But honestly the Rihanna joint and Lookin Exotic the only 2 out of 17 getting supplanted by anything on SAVE ME.

I like it for what it is. It's got a unique signature sound, it's soulful and funky but still smooth. I think I'll like it more with time.
