No the illest carrier. I download the fatlace bundle and activated it with winter board but it wont work. Does the bundle work for iOS5? I also have springtomize2.

There are various ways. The easiest way to do it would probably be the UOT Kitchen. You upload your ROM's framework files (usually framework.apk and SystemUI.apk,) enable the different mods, and then flash the .zip it produces in recovery over your ROM with no need to wipe/clear anything.

You can also manually edit your ROM's framework... but it's pretty easy to mess stuff up if you don't know what you're doing.
