As an 11 year old watching VC do things I’d never imagined on All-Star Saturday Night, as well as still posterizing dudes nightly in games; wearing the same purple “Toronto” joint in one of the most entertaining Playoff series ever in the ‘01 ECSF vs AI... VC made the purple “Toronto” the most iconic jersey he ever wore, IMO.

If we’re going purely fashion and ignoring sports history, then I agree, I prefer the rookie Dino.

Ive been putting off buying 4-5 jerseys from Ebbets for a couple years. Finally grabbed it when they had their sale. $140 was a good price.

Too funny, I just got the exact same Jackie Robinson Monarch and Josh Gibson Grays jersey in last week. I posted them in the Other Jersey group. Those Ebbets run bigger than M&N, so I already put them up on eBay.

Also the Grays jersey is incorrect; I have been in contact with the company about it. They are getting back to me next week after they can speak to somebody else at "HQ". The 1943 Grays jersey is supposed to have the navy braid going down the sleeves as well. They forgot to add that detail.
