If you guys don't mind the slight premium...grailstatus still has preorders on them.  I've been in contact with them on my preorders and sounds likes they may have some more sizes available.
 
I actually kinda dug those ML581 Kassina. I never copped them, but the quality looks decent and the colorway is nice minus that herringbone, the insole was a nice touch though. Wear what you like.
