Nothing has been limited except for the Preheats. The Xmas was harder to get because of higher demand and lower supply, but everyone who wanted them got/can get them.

Probably. If the theme is some type of gumbo, those colors would seem to come to mind.

I would assume that the Orange/Anthracite pair is not the ASG pair, but just some upcoming GR.  That pair has been listed on that Spanish site with the release dates a long time ago with the code of 599424-007 and supposed release date of mid-March. And it has been in FNL's database for a long time here: http://www.finishline.com/store/catalog/product.jsp?productId=prod739504. I doubt FNL will carry the ASG pair, but I don't know.
