I think majority will say to go a half size up

If you're feet aren't wide than you can go TTS, I can wear an 11.5 which is my TTS and have no problem with it

My best bet is just to try on a pair at the store.

Wear thin no shows like Uniqlo or Stance Super Invisible socks if they're snugger than you'd like in TTS and wearing "normal" no shows/ankle socks.

Not too sure. I went back to cop another pair and it was sold out. And every site that's dropped them thus far, pretty quick sell out.
