Saw this on Twitter and thought it was interesting. Some of them more leftist, socialist groups I follow on social media were giving Tucker pats on the back but I disagree.

Tucker's stance is akin to wanting to ban cars because it put carriage drivers and adjacent industries out of business. Let's not advance telephone technology because it will put phone operators out of jobs. Tucker is trying to stifle progress and it never works.

Technology will advance and those people will need to find new skills. GPT-4 is going to put many skilled workers out of jobs because sooner rather than later it's going to be able to code better than many junior devs. It's just the way of the world and fighting it is futile.
