Ah so you subscribe to that "Obama the magic negro" narrative as well? A single man has the power to just wipe away all racism in one swoop right?

the whole change thing.. please. I'm so sick of hearing people scream victim and make excuses for themselves. There's successful people from all walks of life in this country. Get the people off of welfare and get them real jobs if you want to see a change in low income communities... Feeding them free money isn't the answer

No thats impossible. But he's been at the helm almost 8 years now and its worse, pushing his socialistic agenda. Im not defending any particular party if thats what your insisting because I'm here to tell you first hand I'm not part of the left right or middle... I'm just stating what has been going on in this country and what i believe needs to be done to see improvement.

Would you be in favor of taxes that would replace outdated books and lab equipment in the less funded schools around your way?
Would you be in favor of taxes that would fund apprenticeship programs in the trades, especially in disadvantaged areas?
If the hood grocery shop was closer to your place and had produce just as good as that other shop 5 miles away in a better neighborhood/suburb, where would you go?

You know, a lot of these people work "real" jobs but can't afford to get ahead. You work 40hrs and you can't pay rent. Funny you'll **** on them but I'm sure when talking about raising the minimum wage, you'll cry "wealth redistribution". What about when the taxpayers having to subside these corporations work force? Is that OK? Or is it just easier to blame the " welfare Queen"

Who do lefty's always feel the need to spend money when we don't have any?! Do you not understand we're almost 20 trillion in debt?! and the first thing your worried about is raise the minimum wage?! I want to see americans get paid.. are you kidding me? But timing is everything my brother.

Some of you guys need to upgrade your mindset to become owners instead of being o.k. being the average american worker... If your so worried about paying people better.. start your own business and write the checks yourself... If it doesn't fail because of over-regulation / taxation that is.. You'd be doing your community due diligence instead of waiting around for the government to do it for you.

Welfare is why we're in debt and not the Middle East wars and subsequent programs that had to be implemented in order to stop us from going full on depression? Oh.

What about the corporate welfare bailout of insurance companies because of obamacare?

A country's debt and a household's debt are different animals.

And you're not answering questions: can you elaborate how you would create jobs in poor areas and how you would train the locals for those jobs so that they don't have to rely on govt assistance? How would you get people to shop and conduct business in those areas?
