Praising a criminal target for refusing to cooperate.
Former Acting and Deputy DOJ Solicitor General, holds the record for most cases argued before the Supreme Court by any lawyer belonging to a minority group.
Board Chair of CREW (Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington), former White House Special Counsel for Ethics and Government Reform and senior fellow at the Brookings Institute.
Praising another criminal target/key witness, who is now still in a joint defense agreement with Trump, for "refusing to break, unlike Michael Cohen."
Manafort later pleaded guilty to conspiring to obstruct the Mueller investigation in coordination with former GRU officer Konstantin Kilimnik.
By the time Trump praised Manafort for refusing to cooperate, Manafort had already been indicted since June 8 2018 for the obstruction charge he later pleaded guilty to. The tweet came one day after Manafort's conviction on 8 fraud charges.
On November 28 2018, Trump still publicly left the option of a pardon for Manafort on the table. Manafort was convicted of 8 fraud charges on August 21 2018.
On September 14 2018, Manafort pleaded guilty to conspiring to obstruct the Mueller investigation due to attempts to tamper with witnesses with Kilimnik. He also pleaded guilty to additional charges involving illegal foreign lobbying.
Manafort also started his cooperation agreement on that day.

MS13 was definitely started in the states & it’s growth is firstly tied to the inception of mass incarceration policies in the 90s in Cali, specifically the creation of the 3 strikes laws & later in the 90s the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act which led to large deportations.
The early Salvadoran members were stoners who had long hair & listened to groups like Judas. Priest, their early name was Surenos, MS-13.
