This could be problematic when you run for office. Just something to keep in mind.
Why though
The people in office put up a front
And we know they never have OUR best interest in mind
Why not have someone who gonna be honest about stuff
Change the dynamic
 
A society where everybody is straight up honest with everyone all the time wouldn't last long. Decorum/etiquette is one of the main ingredients of the glue that keeps communities together.
How would we know
If we constantly lying

It is the decent thing to do
But I’m not holding it against someone
Who opposes me
Not giving their condolences
