I usually go TTS or 1/2 size down for 5000s. I think a full size down would be too snug.

Saucony runs a little big. I'm a true 12.5 and fit most other shoes in a 13. 12a fit me fine. Over 25 pairs of sauconys different models and 90% are a 12.

0.5 down. TTS maybe, but sizing up is a no go.
