It's at random, they can get new stuff in on certain days. But that doesn't guarantee they will get jerseys in all the time.

You can do that by using isopropyl alcohol, but I wouldn't recommend it, cause there would leave glue marks.

Been thinking about getting authentic jerseys for a while. Finally gonna pull the trigger and I have a good grasp on basketball jerseys. But for soccer, whats an average price for authentic throwback jerseys (ex: $100-200)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Always depends on year, player, team. Tough to call but most I've seen on eBay is somewhere from around 100-400 price range. Again, that all depends on the player, team, year.

For current authentic jerseys worn by players in recent years, should be around 100-150.

I'll try to find the website but they specialist in throwback jersey that are collectibles like a Maradona Napoli jersey that's authentic for example. those types do run for a pretty penny though.

for sizing authentic jerseys always run small. go up a size. also depends on the brand. Puma is notorious for having the george clooney batman nipple fit going on for them.
