There are cheap kits you can buy at Michaels. It's not professional grade but it works.

VIs iD is a great shoe to copy the snake pool HD or livestrong IVs... they looked better with all del-sol(yellow) than the Vs

DNeou20 - Don't have the Concords but I beleive they are a bit lighter

just came in...similar to sdubl's pair, but with a metallic silver heel and a black heel cup.  i really like how the metallic silver turned out.
