That mainly was because of the triangle offense. That's why Space Cadet was such a bum.

Shooters not named Robert Horry or Derek Fisher just couldn't flourish and hit 3's in that offensive system.
I can't really believe the triangle is the reason. Kick the ball into the low post, defense gonna most likely double, and a guard or forward should have enough space to make it.

Jordan Farmer would be a GREAT back up PG. Dude got alot of needed playing time in NJ and overseas. Shot great from the line, 44% from the trey and at 26 could only continue to get better and learn more behind nash.

He also made great money in NJ and even better money over seas so a small contract to come back to LA shouldn't be a problem

I'd much rather have Collison.

I can't really believe the triangle is the reason. If anything, the triangle should be heaven for a spot up shooter. Kick the ball into the low post, defense gonna most likely double, and a guard or forward should have enough space to make it.

That's what everyone thought the way it should have went.

But shooters complained about the triangle was hard to find spots in rhythm to get hot and that comfort shooting zone.

I mean I guess. It's just weird. We had Radmonavich, Morrison, Sasha, Steve Blake, and Jodie Meeks. I guess Brian Cook could be shoved in there too, but all of them were inconsistent as hell.

I know b/c he's the bigger name

No he's just better, more athletic, and would give this team a jolt of energy in the second unit

Nick young is getting interest.

I mean i highly doubt we get any of these guys.

But I'd be happy with Collison and Copeland.

Does copeland have some 4 in him?

If the triangle offense is the problem, how do you explain the Bulls being so deadly from behind the arc? They ran the same offense. What about Horry and Fisher? It's not the offense.

Hakeem and Kevin McHale giving Dwight the work right now I bet.

James Harden just sitting there talking about how phat booty's are in Houston.

Chandler Parson probably trying to creep and cop a feel on Dwight underneath the dinner table.

NBA should air the recruiting process one day, it'd be great for viewership.

Here is the honest route we need to go.

1. Re-sign Dwight
2. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE do you amnesty Pau
3. July 10-16 is the amnesty period. You consider Blake & MWP. Depends on who you can get. I think it has to be MWP. Just because it's almost double Blake's salary, and PG was such a bad spot for us last year.
4. You kick the tires on Earl. See what the market says. You don't go any higher than $4.5mil for 1 year. Possibly a second year team option. *May have to lose him depending on what the market is.*

This is where we start. There's 3-4 roles that we need filled (Backup PG, 3point shooter, Stretch 4 who shoots, defensive specialist at the 3 (Yes, MWP is that but $ counts here).

Eazy will take less money if it comes down to it... LA put him on and he knows that

Delfino would be cold. Nick Young been dodging signing w/ us for the last 4 season... He'd be a suitable 6th man/instant offense guy if Monta cost too much
