Watched The Odyssey last night. It delivered, I just wish I saw it in IMAX.

Didn't really care for Holland or Zendaya in their roles, but everyone else was well cast, Damon and Pattison specifically killed it. Everyone in the theater cheered when Corey Hawkins/Polybus was killed off.

#6 is down the street from me, but the cinema gods kept ******* with me when purchasing tickets to watch The Odyssey.

Don't fight the urge to see it in dolby if imax isnt an option. It delivered. Plus better seating, recliners and audio. Seats rumbled heavy with sound. Withe the screen flashing and sound blasting there were points it felt like I was on a ride at universal lol.

Well, she did show off her big mammaries in Love & Other Drugs. But yeah, it was a very good movie and surprised me. Now that I think about it, it reminded me a little bit of Sweet November with Keanu and Charlize bae.

I'd say the same even if you removed that scene. Think Nolan's more grounded approach really rubbed out a lot of the sexy/seductive edge Catwoman is supposed to have.

Specific nights? Excluded premium theaters?

It's like $85 for 3 months. It's cheaper than AMC (in L.A.). But you do gotta pay extra for IMAX and other premium formats.

I never thought I was gonna care about premium formats until I started seeing the difference in these pics floating around for Odyssey . I'm gonna switch to AMC A List when my 3 months run out since they don't have an upcharge for premium formats

Going tonight to see it in Dolby as we couldn't workout the faux Imax time and seeing it in 70 mm wasn't an option. Know Im missing out in some ways but like you said I think it'll still be a good experience as Ive seen several in Dolby at this theater which have delivered.
