Parents on Facebook??

Why do people add their parents on facebook??
If your parents added you why would you accept unless you dont care about them finding out what you are up to all the time.

i im friends with a few of my friends parents. i only added them recently because of my close friends passed away and facebook is the best way to keep incontact. but my aunt and my moms friend tried to add me i just straight up blocked them.

I'm iffy about ading family. Luckily my parents don't know how to use a computer. My sister is on MySpace/Twitter and I try to not post much up there.I have a few of my cousins on FB but I wasn't too cool about adding them. Luckily I've learned a lot about a few of them

2 of my roommates have their moms on FB and they are on my friend's list.
