Penny II fitting/sizing

How do these fit are they true to size? Anything to compare these shoes to? I wear size 8 on Jordans and size 8.5 on Air Maxes.

I have the black/blue/white retros. I'm a true 9.5 but I feel like they fit a bit snug. A size 10 would've been great. As always, if you can try iton, definitely go that route for everyone's feet is different.

Width is narrow due to the support wing, and toebox is small as well due to its angle.
Go up at least half a size, and even then be prepared for a snug fit.

go half size up. they fit small for me.
