people start hating their jobs at 35

UHHHH, have kids earlier (like in our 20's) and then focus on our careers?!? Um, we'd have to find/date some guy, marry him (or not marry him) then have kids in their kids before age 30? When I was 25 years old, all I wanted to do was go to college, make money, go clubbin'/drinkin', and then sleep. I was not focused or interested in marriage, kids or playing house.

I'm turning 33 in a few weeks. I've worked for NT for ~5 years now. I don't hate my job.

Working a 9-5 isn't the way to live, IF and ONLY IF you do not truly enjoy it and have a passion in your field. If you don't enjoy or wake up thinking about your job each and everyday. You need to find out what you are passionate about and pursue that for living.
