Please LOCk

Welp....you clowns officially made two of our competitors better today, while arguably making your own team worse. SMH. Haha but if you guys didnt give up too much for Flynn, it could work out.

I don't expect Flynn to be the future. Stop gap whose price tag is much more manageable than Palmer's.

Clowns? LOL

Yep. Clowns. Even the most diehard Raider fan can admit that you have had a bunch of monkeys running your front office for a good period of time now. Hope it works out for you, as I think Flynn actually has some talent. I just wish you would send Carson somewhere else.

It's a completly different front office though. So it's a no trade zone around the NFC West? :lol

Y'all made it to the SuperBowl and you're in here whining about Palmer going to AZ :{

The people in the front office today are clowns? Stop being stupid, dland.

I'm just bitter you guys will be helping out our competition. As far as the people in the front office today being clowns....I dont think its a stretch at all to say it remains to be seen. You cant tell me that you wholeheartedly agree that they have done a good job since being put in that position. Its a work in progress. Lets see if their way will work or not. They have a lot to prove. Until they prove they are on the right track, they wont shake the label.

I think they've done a great job so far given what was at their disposal when they arrived. Terrible cap situation, bad team, no picks. It was going to take a lot of time to get things in order but it's well on its way in my opinion. The only move they made that I didn't like and was proven right about was keeping Seymour another year. Everything else has been correct with respect to bleeding out the poison of bad contracts/players and fixing salary problems.

We are not trade Palmer to AZ. He will be cut and then sign with AZ.

I'm intrigued in how Flynn will compete for the starting job with Pryor. There's gotta be a fire under his **** after getting benched for Wilson.

Welp, bye bye Palmer.

Maybe he ends up in Jacksonville? lol. Although he did say he wanted to go to a contender. Maybe he plays back-up in Chicago?

Or maybe he goes to Denver to back up Peyton Manning.

Like I said, it remains to be seen. Yes, they inherited a terrible situation. So far, it APPEARS they are making strides to make the team better in the long run. We'll see if it works out.

Dude mad we made the 9er rivals better...LOL

Dont see why that funny or hard to understand.

Like that makes it any better? That makes it worse! :lol

Palmer will go to the only job that's attractive to a washed up QB who can still lob a deep ball, Arizona.

I don't understand how it remains to be seen whether the moves made are going to be good. Is fixing the cap not a good idea? Is removing underperforming players bad? Those are excellent choices to make, you can't deny that. If you want to talk about moves for the future, that's a topic worth discussing. But they've done a great job creating the foundation for developing a good team.

We made the trade to better our team salary cap situation, not worry about the damn NFC West....It's funny to me how you came in the Raider Thread and bash our front office by calling them clowns and saying we made your rivals better
laugh.gif
. I guess you feel time is ticking on the 9ers championship hopes ...

I totally agree that fixing the cap and cutting all the dead weight on the team was step one to turning this team around. No issue there. But is cutting players who are deemed useless something that is difficult to do? Look, you are no doubt on the right track to fixing the problems here. But until you give this time to develop, you cannot tell me that this new front office regime is doing a good job. They are taking the necessary steps now, but thats the easy part. We'll see if they can do what is necessary moving forward. All signs point to the first big addition being Matt Flynn. Who knows how this will turn out.

Like the ravens didn't just hook them up with Boldin :{

Do you think Seahawk fans were happy with the Ravens after that?

I'm sure they were not but I'm not a Seahawks fan so I could care less. The fact that you came into this thread all bitter makes you sound Whiny.

I was just messing around. Its not like my initial post in here didnt include something positive as well. You guys made our competition better. Thanks a lot haha. You guys are so sensitive when fans of other teams come into your thread.

Sirius XM Radio's Adam Caplan reports the Raiders have "discussed the possibility" of signing free agent Kevin Kolb.

Tap the breaks on Matt Flynn-to-Oakland. Despite a Friday report that a Flynn trade was "imminent", multiple indications since have pointed to Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie weighing his options. In our estimation, signing Kolb without coughing up picks would be a far smarter pursuit then dealing the Seahawks draft selections the Raiders need to rebuild a putrid roster. Kolb is only ten months older than Flynn, and neither is a franchise-caliber quarterback.

A 9ers fan complaining about other fans being sensitive? :lol

I don't want Flynn but he'll be a bridge until we find the right guy to lead the offense.
