You should just do yourself a favor and start @ the beginning. Listen to the whole UGK catalogue, then Pimp's solo stuff. If you take it back to the early90's you'll see where that sample and chopped hooks %*$# started at. Pimp was that guy. From production to his singin'. Just get it all. And if youare a fan of 'freestyles' you can also get their DJ Screw Ridin' Dirty Tape. I mean you really can't go wrong with what you decide to listento, but i'd say just get it all.
