The last thing his team of lawyers, agent, manager, publicist, etc. want is for him to go up unprepared and speak. It makes sense that if you know you'reinnocent that you can just honestly deny and fight back against the allegations, but you can never take it lightly and risk speaking unprepared and sayingsomething stupid that could in anyway jeopardize his defense.
