Ronnie fieg never posted that Instagram photo of the red toe/devil asics, it was all fake. They were made by the guy above (he's great at customizing btw). Just a great marketing strategy if you ask me.

For an 11.5 that is right about the DS range. I know sizes and the shoe doesn't pop up too often. If the condition is on point, I can understand it.
