And yet, I can't think of a team that gets questioned in a conference finals more than these guys. 

  Every one of these guys is locked up for next year too.  I mean, even if Dallas beats them in this series, they will have won a couple series, giving these guys their first taste, they've now won road games at Denver, at Memphis, and at Dallas, and they are barely old enough to celebrate this success in a bar.  And yet, everybody wants to trade their young talented guard before they even get started. 

Marbury and KG never got anywhere even close to this.  I get the whole "similar" angle people are going for, but it really isn't. 

Regardless of what happens in this series, win or lose, Russ is learning from it.  And on top of that, so is KD.  So is the head coach.  They all are.  No matter how the next week/month plays out, they will have TONS of angles to look at, learn from and grow.  If this same issue is still around say next year, and it costs them some games or a series, then they can look at needing to make a change to capitalize on the window they have created.  But if they simply continue to work hard and progress not just physically but maturity and experience wise as well, then all of this is a waste of time.  I swear, the way people talkin, the Thunder lost last night. 

  They didn't, those !+%!#%%+%#$@+ won ya'll.  And now they goin home for a couple.  Most young players play much better at home and Russ is probably no different.  He made a mistake, he was frustrated, the coach went with a gut feeling, and got the W.  End of story.  If Russ is who he wants to be and should be, then he will see this as a learning oppurtunity and move on.  Play the game of his life in game 3 and nobody will say a damn thing anymore. 

There is probably 26-27 other franchises that would BEG to have these "problems" right now.  BEG.

I agree dude does have a little quick temper and I'm rooting for him and his squad to lose, but come on like someone else said, if he wasn't in someone else's shadow, I don't think he would be catching all this criticism that he does.

I've stated my opinion on Westbrook before, I think he's overrated, but he's still a top 10 PG easily and you can definitely see the potential. I don't really like him for some reason, but I know he's good.

As great as Durant is, I don't think he really is about that life and that's why Russell constantly tests him and his position on the team. MJ...if he wasn't as good, younger,  and had a player of Durants caliber on the same team...would be in the same type of situations Westbrook naturally puts himself in. Its all about alpha males subliminally setting their territory. Think about it. As far as bodies...out of any player in the league, Russell has the closes body to MJ there has been (same long arms, hands, etc.) That's easy to see too.

lol bynum was barely a factor during the lakers two championship runs. yea he started and all but it seemed like he spent more time on the bench. yes he is still young and hopefully getting better but if u would take a knuckle headed injury prone center who really isn't all that over a knuckle headed explosive all star pg who plays balls to the wall at both ends u really have no clue what u are talking about when it comes to the game of basketball. in other words bynum is a lot more replaceable than westbrook is.
