Are you talking about those plastic cups you insert into a pair of shoes to prevent creasing? Too much effort IMO and makes the shoes uncomfortable. Wear Foamposites or some shoes that tend to not crease much if at all.

Doesn't creasing just happen on the edges of the sneaker shields? So now you get the creasing on the sides of your shoes?

shoes are gonna crease regardless. just wear your shoes and stop worrying about that
