went back to my original push day workout... incline bench barbell + db... lost a lot of strength cause i was only doing flat the past couple weeks.
time to get back on #inclineonly

also i restocked on my multis :pimp:
 


This is the tricep superset I mentioned th other day. Edited for time of course, but I think the whole thing took me almost 2 minutes. Form kinda breaks down during the close grip DB press from fatigue but the pump is worth it.
