What’s a good protein

Define "good".

definitely depends on you mean by ‘good,’ that said supposedly if you are able to ‘max’ out your protein intake (what that number is/should be might depend on the particular circumstance/outcome wanted) the ‘quality’ of the protein is not all that important but the lower the protein intake is the more important the source of the protein matters…as such that person would probably want to be getting their protein from whole food sources, which of course also have a spectrum for what is ‘good’
 
Yeah, you’re definitely going to have to define “good” like others have said.

I personally use Optimum Nutrition Whey. No crazy marketing gimmicks, cheap, can be found damn near in any store (Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc) and most importantly it’s simple formula, no crazy fillers.

Will say it’s not the best tasting option out there though.
