You serious? We're talking about music quality, not his sales. Its quite obvious 50 can sell records but its completely irrelevant whenwe're discussing music. I don't want him to put out another GRODT. I want him to put out another great album. And I'm not understanding how heended Ross's career when dude was #1 on the week of his release.

I was never a huge 50 fan...his first album was good but he got progressively worse after that...could tell from the beginning that his music would not standthe test of time (except for his first album).

I agree with this. My biggest gripe with 50 is his music is too formulaic. His whole promotional scheme is formulaic. It was cool before
because the music was hot but now that its not you can see if for what it is. Picking names out of a hat or looking at the top 5 slots
on the Hip Hop charts and starting beefs is corny to me. Make good music! Garner attention that way. Granted, 50 can still outsell 95%
of these rap artists but he's certainly not making better music. Its just that he has the Interscope marketing machine behind him
mixed with the fact that White middle America has bought into his persona. Dudes in the hood rock with him too, but the hood aint
gonna get you 700k sold right now. 50's music is like a double cheeseburger at McDonalds. Yea you could get something better,
something with a little more substance but it looked so good in that commercial you keep seeing and its only .99 for crying
out loud, why not. Hell, get two! He will continue to sell but he's fallen off tremendously.

Anybody remember when they were arguing about whether Banks was better than Fab?
