I mean Bespoke Industries isnt Nikes Bespoke Program. They dont have financial backing etc. Simple.
NDs are pretty nice in-hand, glad I was able to get 'em. Honestly, this is the main reason I decided to pull the trigger, tho
Oh, and those Bi prices are on the Premium build slots for those Carhartt designs etc, not their every day bespoke customer shoes. Although ive never asked and to do you own design may well cost the same.
You can order your shoe any design you want, any material you want, and colour combo you want.
Not from whatever swatches they may have at any time.
I remember dude posted those Js in here saying they reminded him of og reds and everybody was like Na, ***** and they’re literally called Jordan 3 ‘AIr max 1’
Should have done a WC3 colorway on an AM1, not og red on an AJ3.
if supreme ever decides to do an air max 1 I’d imagine that’s how it would go.
That would have actually been a cool idea to do as a pack like the did the Atmos AJ3 in the safari CW. OG red on the AJ3, White Cement on the AM1.
I think you misunderstood my post. It wasn't a direct comparison it was context for my experience with a range of material quality.
My point is I wouldn't classify the bespoke suede as superior. I would say it's marginally better. Agree to disagree with you on that one since I don't think either one of us is going to change our minds.
To my point about construction to me it doesn't matter how good the material is if you don't even bother to try and have a matched nap from the left shoe to the right.
Hard to compare those two. You can see the nap on the left bc of a dark background. Any nap on the right blends into the white background.
they’re almost identical
dudes reaching but not tryin to argue over someone’s opinion or shoes
Curious question for you AM1 heads
What’s the single most expensive AM1 you can buy?
Well, I'll sell you these for $10k
That might set a record
Albert Heijins or F&F Masters are probably front runners.
Easy 10k plus
got a pair of air max 1 curry, and even after sizing up, they are tight as hell at the toe box. I'm new to air max 1s, are they supposed to be so tight? Will they break in or should I return?
Length or width wise? Pause ...
For me, they felt a little snug width-wise, and I don’t have wide feet. Length was fine
Ugh the White/Grey 604028-104 Leather pair is an insane grail. I remember voting for these during voteback. I would love for nike to bring these back. As a GR please so I can grab 5
Somebody's nike made one off carhartt
It's all good.
As an owner of 7 bespokes, in comparison directly to suede and nubuck on other high quality sneakers, bespoke is by far superior to others. In the grand scheme of available suedes worldwide? Maybe not. But, imo, to have experience with Lamborghinis and then say GTRs suck because Lamborghinis are awesome is a little unfair.
the suede bags bespokes come in are higher quality than most suede on sneakers. On the pair in your example, with a casual brushing of both with a soft bristle brush would match them. Some of my pairs were the same.
That issue is not really a material quality issue. It's more of a inventory storing issue imo. I.e. Scoring materials in a drawer on top of each other instead of hanging individually. 21m would gladly send that pair back to fix if you had an issue.
Respectfully of course
Width wise, exactly. Also top-down they are smothering my toes. I could probably replace the insole, but I like the quality of the insole and would rather keep it in.
I can’t even do ID well. I can’t even imagine what $1K piece of trash I’d make with Bespoke. And when I do think I’m making something fire on ID, there’s always something missing that I want. With Bespoke, I think it would sensory overload; too much to take in at once. And no way could I finish in the time allotted.
I’d definitely be down for a BESPOKE.
I'd be happy with a pair of obsidians, lol.
Love this pair...
