Yep i think its the fact that most of the id's are being individually constructed due to the personal customizations so its not being streamlined like GR's.

You should be good .5 up if not try trimming the soles or swapping them with the ones from the 8's

The MC insole looks more like a kobe 8 insole to me. I just mean shape wise. The 9 ems run a little wide for me. I have to tie them pretty tight whereas the 8's I just lace them at the top and and they are fine.

This date may be wrong unless it's a NIKE AU exclusive, no other stores have this SC in their system. also 21st sounds incorrect too that's just my opinion I have no info on them releasing on the 21st.
