I really don't think these will fetch even over $1k, unless they look amazing. Regardless, I will be a proud owner based on the crap I had to do in a video game to get the shoes.

Yea... I wasn't and am still not worried about what these will fetch.
I'm not saying I'm not gonna peak and see what they selling for when I get my pair but I'm definitely not pulling out my calculator to see what future profit I may get.

Someone who supposedly saw them already saw a sample pair and said whoever bought them for the looks of the shoe will be disappointed. I trust the person also he's definitely legit usually with all his early info.

yeah this is true i've copped multiples of Playoff 8s that were 1 per customer, just 2 different transactions.

Its amazing how good nike is a doing business. A shoe that no one has seen sells out and talk of 800+ resell smh. Nike could sell anything with a limited tag. 
what if these are the ugliest lebrons ever I bet the big dogs at nike are laughing their ***** off. It probably started as a joke "like hey guys lets sell a shoe with picture to see if they will sell" now they are laughing all the way to the bank. I would never shell out 200+ for something that I never seen no matter who sells it.

I have a lock on the Champ Pack/WTL this year, it is going to be around $250 bucks but I dont know what it looks like yet, you can have it for retail if you want. Save your opinion. Your only making the thread longer. No one cares about nonsense like this... If you have the cash and have the time to play the game why not do it? It's something fun to do, and Nike already stated the shoes can be returned if you don't want them. Sure it's a blank picture we have no idea what they look like... But would you rather not invest the 200 and they end up being one of the best Lebron colorways you missed out on?
I think I have said this many times, if your money isn't right then sneakers aren't for you. Do I care if there ugly? No. Do I care if the resell sucks? No. I'll just return em and get my full amount like none of this ever happened. Grow up and stop trying to make a fool out of everyone who purchased the shoe. Yes we all got blank shoes, so what? Ppl must forget that the shoe can be returned if they are a disappointment.. Holding $230 on my CC for a Lebron shoe that's limited to 2,014 pairs (Being a LeBron fan, and a sneakerhead) is fine by me.. Well worth the chance.. Because if they are not a disappointment, and are a Great shoe, I have a feeling a lot of thosewho "didnt wanna buy a shoe w/o seeing it first" will be mad they missed out...

You'd have to be a little special if you were to return the shoes even if they're ugly. No matter what people will complain. If it's a nice shoe people who got a pair will praise it like it's the best thing since sliced bread and ppl who passed will hate on it. Just how it is. If they are garbage very few ppl who got them will actually admit it and claim ppl who passed are just jealous.

I agree. The main people complaining about resellers are the main ones getting multiple pairs of every release. The greedy sneakerhead is no better than the reseller. Just enjoy the shoe.

And this is the reason why nike will keep raising prices and ppl will keep getting killed over shoes bc they know ppl will buy anything limited with a swoosh on it Pic or no pic. Then those same ppl getting on me bc of my comment will be the same ones crying that the "shoe game "is messed up.And nike knows that most wont returned them even if they are ugly.

What I meant by returning them, is that even the shoe were to "Flop" you still have a way to get all your money back.. It's a no-brainer if you have the funds, and the desire for the shoe... I personally (living in Oklahoma) don't have too many chances to get very limited shoes, unless I get extremely lucky with on-lines releases. (With bots, it's getting harder to scoop up limitied shoes). So being a Lebron fan, and in the market for the XBox One, it was perfect chance to get a limited pair of LeBron's. But I agree with you on how ppl will react.

Was thinking about the color code comments a few pages back and was thinking maybe it could be the ones lebron wore when they got their rings. Red base gold swoosh icy sole. Would be dope

I was thinking it was possible as well.
And you can get sorta close. But that red and gold don't match. There is no true gold. No black/gold laces and no lion lace lock. Not to mention the gold flake in the clear sole.

They look more like Ronald McDonalds shoes then Lebron Championship shoes.

That anodized yellow has been shown to look pretty gold. The swoosh would be that mustard yellow color though, so not close there. Everything else you are spot on about.
