I didn't say he was trash. He's been well below average from the field in half of his games this season and appears to be becoming a high variance player. Something to monitor throughout the season and playoffs. High variance can potentially be exposed in a 7 game series a la James Harden

I mean there was allegedly an outbreak in the Bucks and Suns organizations during the Finals and there wasn’t a peep until months later.
I don’t think it would be wise for them to start using facts/data to make decisions once star players get involved. At that point the bias towards stars would be blatant and potentially damaging. The move would be to start doing that stuff ahead of time, if at all

I see your point. I would have to look at last season to see if he displayed similar variance but EYE am not willing to make that conclusion based on the current sample size. We can revisit this at the ASB and in mid-April.

To me, Randle is back to who he’s always been. Absolute no surprise coming from me. His playoff performance was an indication of who he’s always been.
Simply tho - we’re just not that good enough. Not enough talent.
