To me, this a more refined K&OJ. It's definitely gotta more mature theme & feel to it.

Growing artistically has nothing to do w/ age. And the fact that all he does is rap about weed doesn't play a role either. You act like his subject matter limits his ability to grow as an artist.

It's a cool tape but it just seems like he listened to his old tapes for inspiration instead of building on that sound.

Content wise there is no growth.. Musically the beat selection has captured the exact vibe of K&OJ and matured it vastly imo. Not to mention he switches the flow around quite often on here. 

What this mixtape was intended for imo was to lock down his core audience. By this time if you don't know what to expect content wise from a wiz tape the music ain't for you, but there is no denying that he has continued to grow his sound
