the thread about nothing...

I was at Panda Express and this guy (I know him in passing) came in to ask the server for a sample. He ate the sample then put his phone next to his ear. I think he was pretending to take a call. He walked out the door like this.

Man these Houston barbers ain't that good. My main spot that's only a 6 minute drive closed up shop. Homie had the golden touch too. Im currently growing my hair out. But I was paying $20 plus a tip (#nonawgthyhare) but I don't trust these barbers out here.

I remember telling a barber I want a dark ceaser, cat looking at me like wtf is that....:smh:

Facts. It’s hard to find a good barber out here. It’s crazy because it’s so many. Most of the are dudes who don’t want to get a 9-5. When you do find one, you gotta make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I knew dudes who was going to the barbershop 5 am! That’s crazy to me. I got lucky. My cousin is a barber and moved here 4 years ago. I just pull up to the crib.

Ps4 is so trash. Bought mine past Nov and now this bish wanna keep freezing when I’m tryna play the new cod beta.

Xbox one never had any issues and I bought that when it first came out

My nephews have one and that thing is always overheating with that loud *** fan. I’ll get one but not for a few more years when they’re cheaper.

Insane man, the fact that a barber starts his day that early.

These barbers are making bank. If they work 8-10 hour days charging $30/hour and most of them accept cash only. Half of it probably don't get reported, if you put that into consideration it's probably more than $30/hour. Most of them don't even take an hour to cut. Even if they don't get a customer every hour, it's still decent money for a barber.

It trips me out to think back when I was a teen in the 90's, Barbershop haircuts ranged from $6-8. How would they live off of that? Depending how busy you were and how many days worked, at best what, 25k a year?

Depends where too. Back then living was a lot cheaper also, but $25 is still little.

Eat pizza from giordanos, maybe check out some of the stadiums, or go to navy pier...or shop downtown.

I’m doing something similar in a month or two so you’ll have to report back. I’ll also have to check out this River North area. I was looking at staying downtown near the Magnificent Mile. With Uber/my feet, I’m sure I’ll be okay regardless.
