previous things that we've given out:

-throw blankets with our logo

i'd like something outside of the box, any suggestions?

Job is funny. If I wfh they monitor login/out etc but if I'm in the office I can disappear for 2 hours with hardly a word

Funny you say that because my supervisor has some of his team that works from home and some that goes in the office. I work in the office. The amount of extra time he gives us for breaks and meetings is crazy. So it is true what you say about wfh. They watch you like a hawk.
