only reason i like the "john mayer" is the little touch of red in the dial

doubt i'd ever get a yellow gold watch.. definitely doubt i'd get a two toned

maybe one day, i'd go the yellow gold route.. but i'd easily go with the daytona

but i got couple stainless steal models i want.. and since no more smurf, the white gold GMT has my eye

I absolutely hate the John Mayer Daytona.

Perhaps if the dial was a flat green like the new yellow gold DD40 it would be more palpable.

But the current green sunburst dial makes it look like a Christmas ornament (to my eyes at least).

For now my Paul Newman 116528 will suffice (just waiting to swap it with a 116508 bezel I just picked up)...

I guess Reddit leaked these colors last month. We got the ice blue, they seem to be holding out on the Tiffany.

Not sure if I want to keep the ice blue or return it and wait for the Tiffany / Mint.
