Do these have bathrooms? I don't see the big deal. You're paying ONLY $700 to live in NYC and Manhattan at that? People in Missouri are like, "Oh I got a 6-bedroom brick house for $1200". Dude, I wanna work and play in NYC though. I only need a place to sleep and shower and put together a quick bite. Dude, I'd rather go to Central Park than hang out in my own backyard in Charleston.

The spot you posted is a nice spot in almost any major city. If I had the opportunity to pay 700 for a spot like that in SF/Oakland/Berkeley I'd jump on it fast.
