First off - this ain't no game. 2nd, the year 2000 was when before even some of these shoe buyers knew who Jordan was. So creating an appreciation post about something most of these people can't recognize is like throwing pink paint on a Cadallac.

I was a broke freshman back in 2000

I was a freshman in high school. Had the Carolina 15s, Chrome 4s, Concord and Space Jam 11s. Man I was pissed I missed the Infrared 6 release.

Wasn't on my Jordan tip back then. I vividly remember walking into athletes foot and picking a pair of usa dunks over the white/black/red V's and picking the White/blue answer IV's over the concord XI's. I was really pissed at myself for missing out on the infrared VI's but I got them 2 years later off of ebay.

The only shoes I did not get out of those were the XV's

What was great about that year, was that these sat on shelves forever.

The only pair I paid retail for was the Olympic VI's.
