I guess if you concentrate in class and on getting good grades instead of half-assing everything and trying to just get a degree, it will provide excellent experience in the future for your career

When looking for jobs good internships require good grades. Companies will also ask for your GPA. I am 29 and still get asked to see my transcript.

plan for vacations besides a flight and hotel

if something sounds out of this world, it is

don't promise something and forget about it

read reviews before accepting that job offer

evaluate all job offers

don't ski double black diamonds with cheap %@# skis

don't ski on powder days with cheap skis and ride thru the woods (took 40 minutes to get unstuck)

in cheap skis

remember the important things.  left my transit pass in one of my other jackets and got caught by the cops without fare on the train.  forgot about it the next day and got caught again
