I'm 36 and been gaming since I was about 5-6.
Forgot the name of that guy who always blames shootings on video games.
Can't stand his ***.

Again, games don’t make kids stupid or adhd. Stupid and adhd kids just tend to like games
Rage 2 is a good fill in for quick actioni need duke nukem back
Former? As a former stupid kid, I can confirm that this is true
You would think this whole narrative would expire as the gamers become the old people. How are we still having this conversation??
Everybody doesn't/didn't play games growing up.
The number of people gets smaller and smaller every generation. As well as the fact that those same people grew up next to people who played games.
. As a kid i never realized how much of a driving sim that game was. But then when you end up in a car on a dirt road and it handles just like it did in the game you are like wow...shouts out to the gran turismo team. Also cool to see how a rear wheel drive car handled vs a mid engine 4 wheel drive vs a front wheel drive.During the U.S. Congressional hearing on video game violence, Democratic Party Senator Herb Kohl, working with Senator Joe Lieberman, attempted to illustrate why government regulation of video games was needed by showing clips from 1992's Mortal Kombat and Night Trap (another game featuring digitized actors). Brought in as an expert, Professor Eugene F. Provenzo commented that such games "have almost TV-quality graphics [but] are overwhelmingly violent, sexist and racist."
In 1997, thirteen-year-old Noah Wilson was killed by Yancy Salazar, also thirteen. Salazar stabbed Wilson in the chest with a kitchen knife and severed his aorta, leaving Wilson to die after an hour of massive blood loss. The victim's mother, Andrea Wilson, alleged that her son was killed due to Salazar's strong interest in Mortal Kombat. She claimed that Salazar was so "obsessed" with the game that he thought he was actually the Mortal Kombat character Cyrax, who she claimed used a Fatality in which he grabs the opponent in a headlock and stabs his opponent in the chest. In fact, this Fatality did not exist and was never performed by the character Cyrax
Not a fan of the Rage series but Doom (same developers) is a masterpiece of fast paced and brutal action. Really looking forward to the upcoming sequel.Rage 2 is a good fill in for quick action
played video games a lot growing up i give a lot of credit to Gran Turismo in my ability to drive my car. As a kid i never realized how much of a driving sim that game was. But then when you end up in a car on a dirt road and it handles just like it did in the game you are like wow...shouts out to the gran turismo team. Lol like it was yesterday.Still remember when parents were up in arms when the OG Mortal Kombat dropped
If you’re a functioning human you’ll be aight. If a video game can greatly effect your life and ability to make sound choices you have a bigger problem.
Outside problems solved by outside solutions aka perception pills when little billy doesn’t listen to mommy and daddyIt's so easy and convenient for parents and politicians to blame hip-hop, Marilyn Manson and video games for society's ills that were created long before any of the aforementioned.
