Those who live a christian life, how do you feel?

Is it just me, or are Christians the only people that try to push their beliefs onto others?

Posted about how I saw a homeless mom
With a newer born baby in a shopping cart with nothing but a diaper, asking if being born into suffering with the odds stacked against you, and possibly against even surviving past 1, a better alternative than pro-choice options, and a girl
Commented about how “suffering brings us closer to God.”

If I as a parent, purposely inflicted suffering into
my child as some sort of manipulative tactic to bring her “closer to me,” I’d be rightfully labeled as a narcissistic abusive parent, and we are God’s children am
I right?

The mental gymnastics man….

I’m only posting this tweet because I had zero clue ‘sexual abuse and molestation’ could be insured

but good lawd you need to be asking yourself some questions if you legit need to resort to getting insured for that

lol yeah, I don't understand why street preachers instill the fear to non-believers like that. Who would even be remotely interested in that?

I understand there is context to what they say, but IMO, the approach should be able to go in-depth and present a greater understand of who Jesus is and what the gospel is about.

Can't be out here like hate-group Westborough Baptist thinking you're doing the right thing lol

Is there a Muslim equivalency to Jehova Witnesses? Just folks that set up shop on the corners trying to recruit?

I've never seen a Jehovah Witness on the street recruiting but I may, or may not have, purchased bean pies and final calls on the block.

The textbooks deny human action is linked to rising temperatures and instead teach students God has a plan to prepare a new heaven and Earth with a better climate. The Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum originated in Texas in 1970 and is used by at least 11 schools in the UK, as well as by some homeschooling parents. It presents every subject through a Biblical worldview and creationism is a cornerstone of its science lessons. Christian Education Europe, which oversees the ACE curriculum in the UK, describes the science course as "non-evolutionary in approach and content" on its website. The organisation did not respond to a request for comment.

Tanya took the International Certificate of Christian Education (ICCE), an ACE-specific qualification. The ICCE website calls it an "educationally robust" qualification and says graduates have gone on to a "wide range of institutions of higher education". But that was not Tanya's experience. She had to spend an extra year doing a university access course to gain the qualifications she needed to start a degree. She said she struggled through the course but is now partway through her second master's degree, "determined these people will not destroy [my] life". While she has persevered with further education, Tanya said at 31, "there is still so much I don't know" about science. "It's really embarrassing," she said, adding that she watches documentaries to catch up on what she missed at school
Former ACE student Matthew Pocock agreed, saying ACE science teaching had wider implications for students later in life.

He said: "The sort of science denial in the PACEs [textbooks] paves the way for not believing in vaccines, but not isolating during COVID.

"It's part of the ground-laying for not being able to look after yourself in the real world."

Just today it hit me that I've been running away from God. I've been saved (baptized) since I was a little boy, but still I fall and stumbleknowingly. I'm just really tired of the same old. I want more. I want to feel free, and know it. I want to know that God is there with me at all timeswith my best interest at heart. I "know" these things, but I don't know and feel these things like I ought because of how I'm living. Ijust feel like I'm distancing myself from God.

It seems like every time I make a step in progress, I take two steps back. I'm ready to change, but I've said that so many times before.

Those who actually walk the walk, how does it feel?
Living a Christian life can also bring challenges and struggles. Christians may grapple with questions of faith, experience doubt or uncertainty, and face obstacles in their spiritual journey. However, they often find strength and resilience through their faith, believing that God is with them in their trials and that their struggles can lead to personal growth and a deeper connection with God.

This thread is just cultural"christians" wildin.
No real discussion on the teachings of Jesus.
Nothing on the existence of God.

How about a discussion on the existence of the universe and its apparent order and regularity including a thought towards the constants and conditions of the universe that are precisely calibrated in a way that allows life to exist. Or a discussion on human consciousness and our subjective experience that cannot be fully explained by materialistic or reductionist theories. For some, the existence of consciousness points to the presence of a transcendent mind or consciousness (i.e., God). It seems that when confronted with the complexity and marvels of life and the universe, we should ask why and not just how. The only possible answers are religious.

""Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind." -Albert Einstein
"The more I study science, the more I believe in God." - Albert Einstein (Einstein of the latter years)

As a Democratic Socialist Christian I disapprove of where this thread has been headed lol

May change my avi name to The Reverend Cash Money or Bishop Bitcoin Bills to go along with christians wildin theme here.
